What exactly is Pho2oon?

Pho2oon is an online platform for everyone who wish to have their photos converted into a genuine hand-drawn sketch, painting or digital art. 

Using Pho2oon, is it difficult?

No. Using Pho2oon is nice and easy. Simply browse through the category, or select your desired medium, follow the steps to upload your photo, sit back relax and and leave the reset to us. 

Does it cost anything to use Pho2oon?

Yes, depending on the medium used, size and time. 

Can I have the artwork shipped?

You can choose your artwork to be either sent to you in a digital form (through e-mail), original medium or framed (shipping and handling charges may apply)

Where are my photos being uploaded to and what happens to them?

After you upload your picture on Pho2oon, all the magic happens here and voila you get your signed art work sent to you in the degital form! . We take your privacy very seriously and nobody but you has access to uploaded images which remain active for a  few hours are removed automatically once the task is complete. 

I want new effects! When are you going to add more?

New effects are being added every week so be sure to keep checking back!

I have a great idea for new effect. What shall I do?

If you think you have a fantastic effect idea and would like to share it with us, please contact us ! We always appreciate creative ideas and you never know, one day you might see your effect come to life on Pho2oon!

Why isn’t Pho2oon available in other languages? 

Sounds great! We are always looking for native speakers to help with translation. If you are happy to help please contact us !

I want to use Pho2oon on my mobile, do you have an app?

Not at the moment. Our goal to make Pho2oon accessible to everyone, no matter what mobile device they are using. Currently we are working on apps for the following platforms

• iOS
• Android
• Windows Phone
• BlackBerry 10
• Firefox OS
• Nokia Asha
• Sailfish OS

We are constantly striving to add apps to new and emerging platforms. If your device is not supported, please drop us a line and we will see if we can sort it out.

Having problems with the effects?

It says that my image is in the wrong file format

We support all major image formats including jpg, png and gif. Please ensure that your picture is in one of the supported format.
